At Nayou Scent, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the perfume must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the product and packaging.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
